small unnumbered yet significant wishing well

Sometimes I make little wishing wells.
I've been in a quandary about how the small wishing wells
fit into the projected group of 108 Wishing Wells. Until the making of
wishing well ~ non- native species, I have not considered the smaller
wishing wells to be part of the larger-formatted series. This one, however,
feels significant...
For now I'm calling this one;

Wishing Well XIV 1/2 ~ non-native species

pepper shaker plastic cap, paper, wooden purse handle,
californian eucalyptus pods, ink

EQUINOX: fall to spring

These photos capture the transformation that this piece
underwent over the course of 6 months.
The mirror fell off leaving an ethereal
(and ephemeral )effect.
Suggesting the change of seasons,
as well as the impermanence of all things.
In the first image if you look closely you may
notice the reflections
of two other wishing wells ~ infinity!

I've had a transition from French country life to American city life,
with many new experiences along the way. Hope to be making more
Wishing Wells, more regularly in the mini-atelier.
